Foods for healing are the food that we eat to replace some of the nutrients to enhance our body after sick. All that we eat contain of substances that are important for the body. We can eat the food such as; vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats and protein.

Enhance your health with fresh fruits juice. There is much kind of fruits such as water melon, tomato, cantaloupe and berries. The fluids that contain of the fruits can flush the toxin out of your body.
How to set of foods for healing
Take the meal at the same time each day will help us to decide what to do. You should eat 3 times a day with the same time. Not too much to eat snacks because it can reduce appetite. You should replace it with drinking juice 2 times daily between meals.
You should not consume beverages that contain caffeine. Because it contains a stimulant that makes you cannot sleep. Drink a few of glass soy milk. That is contains of omega-3 fatty acids which is good for keeping the mood.
Invite one or two friends and relatives to accompany you taking the meal. Eating is a part of the fun. Especially if the food is interesting serves on the plate and it will awake of your appetizing. Make your meal as happy as you health.
You can serve; honey, green tea, black chocolate and yoghurt as the beverages. Combine a drop of honey and green tea into a cup of glass. It will good for the digestion. Mix some blueberries into yoghurt. The combine of it will lower your cholesterol levels.
